The following services and resources may be useful. I cannot guarantee your experience with these, nor can I recommend a particular one that will work for you. Consider this list a starting point for exploring your options if you are struggling.

Psychological Support

Getting further help from an experienced and empathic counsellor or psychologist can be incredibly helpful to deal with life’s challenges. I recommend you explore this option if you are are consistently struggling.
